We ask their protégé the right questions to promote greater self-awareness and more informed decision making. The aim of coaching and mentoring is the same as those of good management to try to maximise staff potential and it links to the organisation’s purpose and strategy.

In this changing world, to avert disaster we rely on researched information in continuously providing the solutions and generate knowledge to enhance innovation and creativity in skills development delivery. Skills planning is the main beneficiary.

We assist emerging Skills Development and Training Providers to attain Accreditation with the ETQA of choice and help register with DHE and QCTO. For the already accredited we help then to extend scope

Quality Management Systems means the combination of processes used to ensure that the degree of excellence specified is achieved. For Training Providers to get accredited and grow, this document is mandatory, we help organisations develop, implement and update these policies and procedures.

Although this is not our Core business, our scope involves developing these entities through Training. We therefore encourage and assist people to register as legal entities with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
